Convenient for renting and for returning. Plan at least an hour extra for Boston traffic and also the shuttle buses from the rental car center and terminal are crowded.
Horrible. After hours of waiting meters in line at the rental desk, we had to wait again in line in the hot garage to get the car, upon exiting the garage. One single guy had to scan the rental agreement of each car, note the odometer number and verify each drivers license which resulted in another long line just to exit the garage. They could not have a less efficient system. Never again.
