Truly a terrible company to do business with! I've been attempting to retrieve my records to be able to get my license back for weeks now. When someone actually manages to answer the phone they assure me that they will retrieve my records and have them emailed within 2 or 3 business days, once I realize I haven't received any email I call to follow up and they have no idea what I'm talking about. The person that works the front desk is so rude have never spoken to anyone that rude my whole life
This place is the worst off the first call I made to them they way I was treated would never give them my money
Has to been the most unprofessional front desk staff I have ever dealt with in my life the lady who answer the phones has a really serious attitude problem they are really unresponsive say they will call you back and never do was one of the worst experiences I had ever had. if you need some type of treatment i would consider this place to be your last option possible would not recommend to anyone
