Got a call from the nurse who ran a zoom call yesterday. She took my info and said someone would call me and send me an email. I've left 3 or 4 messages. If you are in pain these folk's are not in a hurry to help you.
Very professional. Provided all the relevant information about the treatment I was going to have and answered all my questions. Appointments occurred at the planned time. Follow up occurred as planned to see how I was doing after receiving treatment.
