Called in to ask a few questions and book an appointment. As I began asking questions I found the vet staff to be incredibly rude and condescending. If they feel this is the correct approach to talking with potential clients, I cannot imagine how I would ever feel comfortable taking my animal here…. If you love your animals, do yourself a favor and don’t take them to these miserable people.
Had a great experience with the North Station Office. We usually go to the South boston office but NS was able to get us in sooner as Trevor had a MPL issue that needed immediate attention. The Emilies ( front desk Emily and vet tech Emily) were kind and understanding for this worried dog Mom! Sherry was so kind too. Vet explained everything in detail and gave sound information in regards to options for my morkie’s car Will definitely return🥰

My dog is a patient on record hence she didn't need to be seen for an exam. I have been there before for vaccines and usually a tech takes the dog for a whole 5-10 minutes and you're done. They purposely made me wait an hour before tell... read more
We moved to Boston from Boulder last week. Just prior to moving my dog had an unexpected major surgery so we wanted to get in with a vet as soon as we got settled. Boston Animal Hospital was convenient and is in walking distance from our new home, but more importantly the reviews were great and the hours work for my busy schedule. Our eval could not have gone better. We saw Dr Monteiro who was great with my dog... got on the floor with him, answered all my questions, and was very informative and thorough. I had some lingerin... read more
