Boston Animal Hospital has been incredible for us since the day I brought home Trevor (my Morkie). They’ve taken such great care of him through everything — from a scary accident to his many little “scruffles” with bigger dogs (he definitely has a bit of a Napoleon complex!). Every visit, the staff are kind, professional, and genuinely loving with Trevor. Signed up for a wellness plan for my dog and a few days later they closed the office down and expected to be paid some $400+ for two vaccines. Unethical practices and no way I’d trust my dog in their care. Several calls have been made and they don’t even have the decency to return a call but they had no problem accepting people on their wellness plan knowing they were shutting the office down with less than 24 hours notice to their customers and all existing appointments cancelled. Awful communication.
