Would’ve been interested to try them as our new vet; but I’m not down with having to do things online…to book my own appointments and download records. I thought that’s what a front desk was for and would just like to call and speak to a PERSON for these things. i WAS NOT OFFERED THIS WHEN I CALLED.
This 4.7 rating can’t be accurate. This place is a NIGHTMARE. They care more about the mighty dollar then you or your pet. My cat had a endoscopic procedure, and a week after having it was in severe pain. I was told by my vet that he would need an mri done in order to see what might be causing his issue, since X-rays, bloodwork, etc came back normal. They gave me an opioid for him that was supposed to last 3 days, and I scheduled an mri at a place in Walpole for Wednesday the following week. The opiods wore off way sooner th... read more
They’re a great, compassionate animal hospital. I regularly bring my cats here for preventative care. One of them has a chronic illness and they’ve been terrific with helping him as well.
We can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Emma and her staff. They consistently provide the most compassionate and professional care for our beloved Richard. The entire team is welcoming and makes sure Richard feels comfortable during every visit. Dr. Emma is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly. We trust them completely with Richard's health and well-being. Our visits are always a positive experience, and we highly recommend them!
Doctor and staff are professional, knowledgeable and thorough and clearly enjoy their patients.
