We installed our pool seven years ago and needed some replacement parts. Kim was a great help with the installation back then and was just as helpful with the repairs. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. Thanks Kim for making it so easy.
We just love our pool!!! Bostock have been very patient over the last couple of years due to building delays. As soon as the build of our new home was finished Kim and his team came to site promptly and turned our murky frog infested pool into a blue oasis :). Nothing was too much trouble. We are loving our low maintenance pool. Highly recommend Bostock Pools. Also a massive shout out to Alicia... I still owe you a bottle of Champas! Thank you!
Our first pool purchase has been amazing! Everything has been seamless and very easy. Great communication and process of getting everything sorted from pool install / delivery and handover. We have been researching pools for a number of years and felt confident with the product we were getting with Bostock. Mel is a legend and even went with them as well for the landscaping. Was a great experience and made easier with their experience and expertise.
We had a Bostock self cleaning pool installed in 2023 and are extremely happy with it. Diane and Alicia were great to work with, which made for a pleasant and drama free planning and installation process. A big thank you to Kim who supervised the entire process. He was always there during the installation to make sure everything went to plan. He has an eye for detail and was quick to intervene when needed. She was great. Alicia built a pristine pool in our house. I did my homework and checked with other pool builders. She was better by far, very professional and guide us to choose the best pool, services, spa and everything related to the pool. All the family very happy. Excellent after service. 100% Recomended.
