Bost pools replaced my liner a year ago. When James, the owner, was alive the company was great. I started calling in March 2025 to tell them the liner was coming apart from the coupling. They promised me they would fix it and it was under warranty. Now, it is September and no one will answer calls. Today I tried again to reach them. All of the numbers have been disconnected. Now, what do I do to save my pool???. I have paid them a lot of money. Can anyone help?

Our experience with Bost pools has been an unmitigated nightmare. We signed an agreement in October 2024 with Wesley Bost and, and as I type this in August 2025, we still don’t have a pool yet. Wesley came in and broke up our pool deck in October, turning our yard into a muddy disaster and then disappeared for 6 months. He constantly misrepresented himself and his work was substandard. I should have saved others from this horrendous pool botcher. Trouble from day one. No truthful statements only lies, no written warranties, unsubstantiated add on costs,etc. lied about installation time frame. Total disrespect of your property. Without asking cut down a 12’ boxwood in my yard, destroyed a $1,500.00 copper lamp post, got the grade wrong after I had told him, fights with his brother and employees, smart mouth, lazy with his flip flops wanting to yell at employees while sitting on his ass in the equipment, wil... read more
