January this year I spent $1628 getting car serviced and timing belt changed. It was a 2007 Subaru outback. All went to plan until this month (October 2022) the timing belt went on it. I called Harry and he showed zero interest and all he said to me was- ‘what do you want me to do about it?’ Not one bit of empathy or even the slightest bit of concern that it could potentially have been a faulty part or even a tiny bit of his responsibility.
