I got my gown for my daughter’s wedding at Bossina Couture and it was absolutely beautiful. The service was excellent and Bossina really worked with me until the gown was perfect. I highly recommend Bossina Couture ,
I cannot recommend this wedding dress shop enough! From the very first appointment, she was incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. She encouraged me to step outside of my comfort zone and try on different styles, which made the experience so fun and stress-free. Both my daughter and I got our dresses here. Very happy with the service we received and would recommend. We both got great compliments on our dresses at the wedding.
This place is horrible so much so I am reporting them to the better business bureau. My daughter order a baptismal dress for her daughter. The next day she spoke with the priest and was told they were not doing baptisms for awhile. She then called and cancelled the order and was assured that they would credit her card. Since that time, (over a month) she has been calling and they refused to credit the card and we have no dress!!! Very difficult to get in touch with them. I truly do not even know where to begin when it comes to Bossina — this woman did not just alter my wedding dress… she saved my entire wedding and gave me back my dream.
