Michelle is the rudest person I have yet to have contact with at this location. Does not seem to want or enjoy her job at all, and she talks to people very condescendingly and puts people down for needing help. Atleast the lady at the front desk was nice and caring.
The girl at the front dest at WIC is condecending and rude. Women have to humble themselves to come in for WIC already because they are in need of formula they may not be able to afford due to maternal leave from work. The least the girl at the desk thats most likely just a clerk, could do is show a touch of grace when interacting with the public since she is the first person to interact with the public. Too bad you cant train employees on demeanor and manners. Bless her heart .
Whoever answers the phone for the wic department is very rude, sometimes you don't know what people are going through to cause them to reschedule an appointment mind you IM PREGNANT but that doesn't mean get irritated with them & hang up in their face. I haven't went to the appointment yet & that most definitely make me not want them go !
