I just want to say that I know the Health Department gets a lot of flack for all kinds of things, But I called this morning to ask a question about something I probably could have looked up in Google myself And the young lady that answered the phone was just super sweet. Her name was Jordan. She googled the information for me and gave it to me. Thank you Jordan for taking that extra minute to help an old lady figure out something that Google could have told her.
I give 5 stars and that’s only for the doctors because they are great . But if I could rate front of the house it would be NO stars . There’s this one guy I hope do not work there anymore was giving out patient information. He would tell my cousins why I was there and everything which isn’t anyone business whether they’re my family or not . Or when I would come in he’ll be like I just seen your cousin come in the other day . Sir that’s not my business you’re weird
I called about immunization records. The receptionist was very polite and explained thoroughly. The interaction was quite pleasant.
I called to schedule my appointment and asked what I needed to bring, and the lady had a very bad attitude telling me what I needed so when I said “okay thank you” she hung up in my face…. The people who come out to my car are very Nice though !
