They cash checks without your drivers license even when you fill out a deposit slip, they deposit money in the wrong accounts (including other peoples accounts). I’ve been to multiple locations and every one of them are careless. I will be closing my account today due to careless mistakes and argumentative employees. They really need to get their stuff together �

This place and Peggy Lacaze Harshfield (Senior Loan Officer) does not care about your history with them nor are they into building relationships, biased/discriminatory business practices. The rules change based on who you are and who you know in management and on the board.
I don't like I'm thinking about moving to another bank they not friendly. They act like they don't want to help you
