Getting rid of condescending Dr. Rainwater was a good thing, but these new people are damn near as bad. They can't get medical records because they claim Dr. Rainwater took them. Well both parties are named in this lawsuit for jeopardizing their patients health, let the courts decide the amount to rewarded for pain and suffering! Odd things are happening at this place, I recommend you find another primary care facility. It's not worth the headache they put you through..
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for.
