They have the best closures! Great quality, long-lasting, and they take dye very well. I've been purchasing from them since 2017 and never been disappointed. Highly recommend! Haven’t tried their bundles yet though.
Ignored me when I emailed several times for my money back. Purchased bundles when they were about to close and it was left inside. I tried to get them but the doors were locked so, I never received my order. I let them know and was ignored. I now have to report it as fraud to my bank.

I placed an online order off their app. On Aug. 15th 2024. I sent the company an email inquiring about my order on Aug. 19th 2024. Received an email from the company on Aug.20th 2024 that my order was ready for pickup. Here it is now Aug. 30th, 2024 and I arrived to pick up my order and I cannot locate the suite that’s listed online nor the suite that’s listed on the app. I’ve made several calls to the phone number listed online and you cannot get through to a live person. Don't waste your time because they are still wasting mine! I've been waiting four hours for someone to open the store for an online purchase. No communication!! NEVER AGAIN!
