I had an existing fireplace that i wanted converting to pellet and they did the job without any hiccups. The attention to detail, speed, and professionalism was top notch. I would put 6 stars if I could. Thank you!
Price and service was great
One of our trucks died on the job and they were nice and quick getting out to us to give us a jump. Great customer service before, during and after!
Tremendous customer support! I cannot say enough good things about their customer service: Prompt, friendly, and committed to excellence! Especially, Bodi, he helped me virtually with a remote control issue, staying on the phone for an extended period of time to help me step-by-step with my issue. And, he saved me so much time, money and frustration! I rarely write reviews, but they kind of blew me away-that too-during a busy season (and holiday week)!
My husband called them about our pellet stove . We had a pellet stove for 12 years and my husband replaced and fixed parts on it many times. This year we decided to replace it and we had a problem so we called Bossert Fireplace . They informed my husband they had never heard of King Pellet stoves and the problem was probably user error. What kind of customer service is that?
