I had been struggling for a while now to find a furnace cleaning company, as most of the ones I treid contacting either didn't reply at all or went out of business. Garret responded back to me quite quickly and got me booked into his schedule. He was a bit early coming into town for my appointment but reached out in advance to give me a heads up. First time using their services as my regular guy was on vacation for August and I say this honestly…. Worst experience ever. Unbelievably bad customer service. And the finished product looked worse than before. I swear they just recycle dirty old water to “clean”. 11/10 would not recommend for anything. I asked for a refund as I will need to replace or clean carpets again. The guy smiled and gave me the middle finger. Super classy employees:(
