Boss Yoga is the absolute best place. You get individual uninterrupted attention & guidance from Jimmy regardless of you experience or level. He is the best.
What an incredible BONUS to have a yoga and fitness studio attached to the B&B I stayed at in Woodstock VT! The owner and instructor Jimmy was AMAZING and his playlists were FIRE!!! My friends and I were there to celebrate a birthday and Jimmy went out of his way to make our classes fun, challenging and MORE FUN! I can't remember the last time I looked forward to working out this much. I wish he taught closer to home so I could take his classes every week! I haven’t worked out consistently in almost two years and just had a baby six months ago and this kicked my ass and Jimmy was great when I needed modifications!! Can’t wait to go back!
