March 27 around 7pm I requested a simple jump-start stater for my driver , but was advised that starter is bad and needs full starter replacement.and that I need to tow the truck to them … Truck was as at the gas station across from them …. , next day I went there myself from NJ , I just made a simple wire reconnection wire was cut off ... and truck started.. so it wasn’t the starter at all and they didn’t want to connect just one wire back … I’d recommend ensuring all basic troubleshooting options before you call them, and ... read more
