I went to this shop to get a wheel seal put on!! This shop rates number 1 in customer service. The Technician named Logan was friendly and very helpful. He did an excellent job!! I Highly recommend this shop!! When you’re an Owner Operator!! This is what you look for in a business!!

Beware of this outfit they will tell ya what u wanna hear over the phone to get ya here and then 1 hour turns into 4 ill go somewhere else just out of spite.

Very bad experience. I was stuck at this shop for over 10 hours just for them to tell me I had a bad steering pump. After waiting all that time and paying a lot of money, they replaced the part — but the problem was still exactly the same. Turns out they replaced the wrong part and wasted my time and money. No proper diagnosis, just guessing and charging. As a truck driver, time is money, and losing a full day like this is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I called Boss Truck Shop Ardmore on January 21, 2026 at the Valero fuel pump location for a truck repair, and this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. The staff was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. One short worker spent most of the time on his phone instead of diagnosing the truck. There was no urgency, no respect for the driver’s time, and no clear communication at all. After nearly 2 hours, they failed to identify the issue or provide any useful direction.
