Came in here for a steer tire and three axle alignment. Price for alignment was $325; seemed fair. After a while they told me the alignment machine was “screwed up” and could only align the steer axle. The price for just the front axle only $50 cheaper they said, $275. When I asked for a readout on the alignment, they said the printer was broken. Techs were nice guys but the manager wouldn’t budge on charging me $275 for an alignment performed on only the steers and unable to provide readout….imagine if you were the business... read more
Had a recent truck issue after hours and after calling the locals near by I realized how bad I was going to be taken advantage of so with my last option I tried the Boss Shop and strangest thing, this name brand truck shop had actual people working there that wasn't trying to get everything they could out of me! Dude named Ray came out prepared for anything he thought it was so he could get me running on the spot. Took him about 15- 20 minutes to take the air drier off, go get a replacement, and another 15 to put it back on.... read more
My Uncles truck was in the shop for 3days, they charged almost $900 and did not complete the work. Instead of saying they could not get 2 bolts removed and to come get it they kept it and continued to charge us. On day 3 we picked up the truck and a nephew was able to remove the bolts and we fixed the truck ourselves. Anyone who drives for a living knows that everyday their truck is out of commission is another day that their job is in jeopardy. We have family to take care of, kids to feed, and bills to pay.
