I called Boss Truck Shop Ardmore on January 21, 2026 at the Valero fuel pump location for a truck repair, and this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. The staff was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. One short worker spent most of the time on his phone instead of diagnosing the truck. Above and beyond!! Highly recommend if you need any kind of service!
Came in here for a steer tire and three axle alignment. Price for alignment was $325; seemed fair. After a while they told me the alignment machine was “screwed up” and could only align the steer axle. The price for just the front axle only $50 cheaper they said, $275. When I asked for a readout on the alignment, they said the printer was broken. Techs were nice guys but the manager wouldn’t budge on charging me $275 for an alignment performed on only the steers and unable to provide readout….imagine if you were the business... read more
