Not satisfied with the service on my truck , they said I had wheel seal leaks and I didn't , they removed parts on my rim and never put it back . They said I needed to tires , which I didn't . Mechanic said my rims where backwards and they are rubbing . I dont know if they drug test here but clearly this is nonsense . They GM here said the owner is hard to get a hold of so good luck .And the owner is his dad . Im very disappointed I will not recommend stopping here , highway robbery
Why is a guy leaving a bad review over what is obviously a blown wheel seal...my experience at boss shop has been nothing short of excellent. Great service every time and always have used tires to help ease the pain of new tire options.
Can't say I had the best experience here. Came here to purchase 2 steer tires. They claimed i had a wheel seal leak on my left steer tire. I explained to them that I spilled oil on the brakes during a air compressor replacement. But to them im just a stupid truck driver, with should I mention 34 yrs of trucking experience. Well, long story short, they got me for the tires and the wheel seal, 2 not 1 but 2 part runs and a variety of other charges. Instead of paying $900 for 2 tires, I end up getting a $2000 repair bill.
