They are taking there sweet time customer service is good but the mechanics are very lazy they don't care about the driver 5 hours to replace 1 tire I'm the first customer in line and still take 5 hours

They do not deserve not even one star...Had a unit do an oil change and one tire on trailer waiting over 7 hours. Advisor and management did not care about customers in the bay they are prioritizing road calls. No one called to advise any delays in where was said few hours when checked in. Also no one called to let me know what tires to put on the trailer. When asked about these issues for 7 hours I was told that Tech had issue putting on the filters on unit. Arrived at the facility about 9 am I experienced one of the worst customers experience. A customer was in the store and they were complaining about they have been in this store for 2 hrs getting a used tire put on and there was employees standing outside. They lady behind the desk said she would go get a manager. Manager came out and didn't even want to listen to the customer complaint 20 seconds after hearing the person he then wanted to talk and wanted the customer to understand how there system takes 45 minutes to air up ... read more

when I checked in I was told that I had to wait about 2 hours but I waited 6 hours and I had to go because I had to load. I categorically do not recommend this place

Avoid this place if you can. Go to goodyear. My driver checked in to repair two tires at 10.30am. They put him in a bay right away. He didnt leave until 3.15pm with one patched tire and one used tire. Total $409.
