I will start with the statemen that i Like Boss Shops. I think they are a good truck shop chain. This particular location though is Horrible. Absolutely Horrible. Just awful. I don't know if that was just the mechanics own doing on that is how they are trained, but i really do hope management reads through this reviews, moreover that this is family owned and operated business. Stay away from this place even if you have no other choice, they will damage your equipment then will not take any responsibility for that. The manager is uneducated and unprofessional person. I don’t know how she was promoted to that position.

Warning!! This place will take advantage. This place will upcharge you and take advantage of a truck driver and or a truck company. They are charging 2.4 hours for less than an hours work. I watched this mechanic assigned to the break chamber job walk everywhere but to the trailer for the first 20 minutes. I told my company if it were my equipment I would definitely call the better business bureau about this place. All these companies are trying to cover losses on other folks dime. Let me tell yall about this shop. They sent this cat out name Brandon to change my tires. This dude knows his shit. He not only got me going back on the road but schooled me on tire knowledge I didn't even know. This guy Brandon is a real credit to Boss Tire Shop. Keep up the excellent work.
