The Boss Shop and in particular Dave, the manager, went out of his way to help us when our car's windshield was smashed by a flying muffler on I-94. My kids and I are from out of town and we are very grateful for his recommendations and help finding new glass and our way around town. Thank you!

Night crew was great, had to change a couple tires. They did their job quickly, efficiantly and friendly. The morning shift was a different matter, quesrion the mechanic at all and he freaks out and tells you to let him do his job and that he knows what he's doing. Wont let him touch my truck

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. HAD TRUCK BREAK DOWN THEY WENT TO REPAIR IT SPENT 3 HOURS AND REPLACED A FEUL FILTER ON TRUCK CHARGED $ 510.62 NEVER GOT TRUCK RUNNING. HAD TO PAY $800 TO GET TRUCK TOWED BACK TO MECHANIC IN LOUISVILLE. MY MECHAINC HAD IT RUNNING IN 30 MINUTES OR LESS DUE TO SECONDARY FILTER CONNECTED TO FILTER THEY DID NOT CHANGE.

If you can find another service center, I would advise you to run not walk to that other service center! I called them for a road side service when my dump truck shut down. The service mechanic they sent didn't have a clue as to why it would not run. He had to keep calling back to the shop to get guidance. He ended up saying that it was the batteries so I purchased two new batteries, which ended up not being the problem.
