We want to say thank you to Ethan and the team to this Boss Shop. Great service, diligent, responsable and quick service. We have to replace a tire and the service was really good.
They were great. Didn't have the seal i needed, but they were helpful in getting the info I needed.
My advice is to avoid to go here if you can I went there for change the cab shock absorbers and the guy in the front desk mentioned a 250.00 for cab slack adjustment which is false I did the job there because I had no option then the guy doing the errands brought the wrong part and I waited all day thanks to that I got a 400 discount when paying they argued discount for the way and for the time of doing the job to make me happy finale result 850.00 usd dollars for a 5 minutes job !! I threw my serpentine belt off I44 near Sullivan. I called the shop about 6:40, but the shop does not open till 7. They had a call center answering after hours call and had the pleasure of speaking g with Rachel. She was so polite and professional. She started my ticket and called it in to the shop once they opened, then lined up a call back. Tamika then called me at 7 after opening and finished getting my details. She always was very polite and friendly. She called back and said they did not have the belt but had to get it.... read more
