I rented a pontoon boat and in passing two big boats I ended it over to the left and got stuck due to no fault of my own. I was by myself as a woman tried for two hours myself to get that boat pushed off. Called the towing people listed on boat. The owner couldn’t give me a price so I said just come on. Very nice gentleman came and towed me out in less than five minutes he understood completely how I got in that situation and I was not advised till he called the owner what my price would be to get out of there. My membership is due for renewal soon. Yesterday we lost both engines in the middle of Biscayne Bay, South of Miami. We needed a tow back to our home dock in Ft. Lauderdale. Spoke to Seatow and they said the best they could do was a tow to Miami! So I called TowBoatUS where I am also a member. They immediately sent out a fantastic Captain (Jay) who spent the next 4 or 5 hours towing us home carefully, cheerfully and professionally. Think I will be renewing my membership in SeaTow?
