We used Boss The Pet Connection for about 2 years with varied success. However, if there was ever a problem the Manager Jennifer was quick to fix it. We enrolled in their monthly plan and they groomed our dog most Fridays. My dog passed away very unexpectantly the first week in November 2019. He became ill on Thursday and was gone on Saturday morning. The Vet could not help. I just took my cat Muffin there today to be groomed and they did a wonderful job. She’s a 7yo longhair tortie who has never been groomed before. Everyone was so wonderful to her and to me, because I was very nervous about bringing her to a groomer. She looks so pretty and she feels so much better!! Thank you Boss for your kindness and calming my nerves. Y’all did a great job taking care of my little kitty!!
Took my dog there twice because he gets mats very easily, he got cut twice, they tried to hide it with stypic powder. Didn’t address it with management, just took my business elsewhere.
I really like this place and they take great care of my Pixie! I recommend them for sure.
I switched to Boss Pets after my longtime groomer retired and I had to find another groomer for my two dogs. I’m very satisfied with their service and they are always available to groom my dogs. Same day appointments are the best. The groomers really like all the dogs and always have a smile. Very happy and glad I found them.
It's a great place for our fur babies. They are well taken care of, they look good and smell good, and we are very happy with how they are being treated. Thank you Jen and staff for always doing a great job and for making us feel part of the family!
