I absolutely love this place. You hear all these horrible stories in the news so I've always been skeptical about leaving Mocha, my 10lbs baby girl with anyone; however, JENNIFER is AMAZING (amazing doesn't even come close to how I can describe her). Horrible, allowed a dog to gasp for air while boarding for GOD knows how long before calling us, what happened to your "On call VET", in fact what happened to common sense and compassion when you allow a beloved ESA animal gasp for air until owners arrive????
I recently adopted a 13 year old Shih Tzu who gets rather aggressive during grooming. After being turned away by more than one “professional” groomer, I thought we were doomed to getting less-than-artistic hair cuts from the vet. Then I found Boss! Not only were the perfectly comfortable grooming my grumpy guy, but they also gave him a cut that was functional AND cute.
Had a great experience at this place! Shane took good care of me and I came out a happy customer. I highly recommend this place!
I love taking my dog here, they do such a good job with their full groom. They actually listen to how you want your dog's coat cut and make sure every hair is in place! I've been to cheaper, quicker places but it's definitely not worth it. I'm always happier when I go to Boss, my dog comes out bright white, great cut with a cute bow! Also recommend the dental cleaning!
