After a long hiatus from managing my fitness, I decided it was time to get back to working out. I have a decent home gym, but I lacked motivation and direction. I have started seeing Sage at Boss Sports Performance for personal training. We use a combination of in person and remote training, and this is the most consistent my training has ever been. I’m seeing great results, and I’m actually excited to do my workouts. If you’re looking for a great personal trainer, I highly recommend Sage at Boss Sports Performance!
I am a regular at Boss for good reason. Big, open space and the best/high quality instructors who are top athletes themselves. Friendly atmosphere. I love the format of the classes and always get a great workout!
I never leave reviews, but I’ve been meaning to drop in at Boss Sports Performance every time I’m in Bend, and I finally made it in this week — glad I did. The facility is badass. You can tell a lot of thought went into both the layout and the equipment selection. Everything is intentional, high quality, and dialed for real sports performance training.
