After a long hiatus from managing my fitness, I decided it was time to get back to working out. I have a decent home gym, but I lacked motivation and direction. I have started seeing Sage at Boss Sports Performance for personal training. We use a combination of in person and remote training, and this is the most consistent my training has ever been. I’m seeing great results, and I’m actually excited to do my workouts. If you’re looking for a great personal trainer, I highly recommend Sage at Boss Sports Performance!
