Unsatisfactory service experience. After waiting for an hour in line, the mechanic inspected my trailer. I clearly communicated the need to replace the tires on the trailer. However, I was informed that they are unable to change tires on a car hauler.
Do not waste your time coming here. Not helpful at all. Asked for one screw to fix my reefer chute, wouldn’t even entertain the idea even though I was offering to buy it. Then when I offered to buy double sided adhesive to get me by I asked if I could borrow a ladder nope wouldn’t let me do that either. Best they could do was tell me it’d be 2-3 hours before the “tire guy” would be back to help me, even though there was some goober in uniform just holding the counter down, but he couldn’t be bothered.
Rude lady on the phone. Refused to offer the most basic help.
Worst customer service ever. Don’t come to this place
Was stuck do to a bad break QRV being stuck open. Boss had the part and got job done in 15 mins. All happened at 8pm.
