Good shop. Been in there many times. I know all the techs. Ray is the head tech. Good guy but can sometimes take all day on your truck. Shane is night supervisor. Great tech that knows a lot. Avoid emory he is slow and will talk your ear off...i think he is a cashier now. Tom is a good guy. Quick and efficiant with tires and pm's. Not experienced with all parts of the truck but will be honest with you. Rob is ok but all he does is tires and oil changes i believe. Kevin is a new guy. He seams ok. It was a pleasure working with boss trucks to get a lift put on my vehicle. They are very much friendly and informative of the service they provide. If I had not found the truck before I saw this site I would have definitely bought a truck from boss, but since all I needed now was just a lift kit they were happy to help and provide other 4 x 4 and off-road accessories and service. I will definitely be shopping there again, I highly recommend it!!
i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseIf you can find another service center, I would advise you to run not walk to that other service center! I called them for a road side service when my dump truck shut down. The service mechanic they sent didn t have a clue as to why it would not run. He had to keep calling back to the shop to get guidance. He ended up saying that it was the batteries so I purchased two new batteries, which ended up not being the problem.
