Good shop. Been in there many times. I know all the techs. Ray is the head tech. Good guy but can sometimes take all day on your truck. Shane is night supervisor. Great tech that knows a lot. Avoid emory he is slow and will talk your ear off...i think he is a cashier now. Tom is a good guy. Quick and efficiant with tires and pm's. Not experienced with all parts of the truck but will be honest with you. Rob is ok but all he does is tires and oil changes i believe. Kevin is a new guy. He seams ok.
