Needed a tire replaced, was told less than 1 hour wait and they had a recap available....4.5 hours later, it was finally fixed with a used tire. Lost a day of trucking for a 30 minute tire change.
I work for a trucking company/School in NW Indiana - We love all the staff at Boss. They are the best, the turnaround times, their communication with us regarding our vehicles is by far the best. We will continue to work with you guys.
Stopped at this shop for a DOT inspection. my technician Tony was very informative and honest with what he found wrong. Found an electrical issue and allowed to me to fix the issue before signing off. He found a tail light issue I was not aware of and allowed me to fix it myself to save money. My only complaint is the manager at this location. He tried to charge me for fixing my truck myself instead of being charged by the shop. My tech I was told by him works from 10-6pm I belive. I might be back but only if tony is working
