i checked in when they first opened up as i had blown a trailer tire the night before. They said they had one guy with the same exact issue ahead of me that had been there since the day before. That to stay parked right there in front of the bay etc. WELL, 3 hours later i was finally pulled inside. Then it took ANOTHER 1 1/2hrs to fix the tire. Declined service because of the age of my truck. I went in asking for a replacement fan belt. Older guy tech wouldn't even look at it. Said no go to Penn shop across the street.
Very rude, front desk woman especially
Came here to do a really quick tire patch, they were very rude yelling at me and didn’t want to do anything, wouldn’t recommend to stop here even if it’s an emergency.
