10/20/2025 at 17:43pm ordered the road service to change a belt on the engine (was given 60min ETA), 3 hours later called for update they said mechanic could not find our truck so he went to the store to buy a belt without checking and got into accident on his they back (hope he’s OK), so they sending another guy, new mechanic showed up around midnight and refused to change the belt because of some coolant leak (after spending another 1h at the spot) So they charge us 671.37$ for labor, 32.16$ for shop supply and 269.98$ f... read more

i will not recommend any one to go to this shop. there customer service is so bad. the front desk girls don't know how to talk they are so rude and they screamed at us. the tech leave the job in the middle they get frustrated and go home, leaving you shredded. we had our truck in there and they were struggling to work on it they didn't know what they were doing. we paid almost 2200$ and still the truck is in the same condition . work is not done properly and charged us a lot.

Was quoted $130 got charged $615 to repair an ABS trailer light. Labor charged was $455. As usual the small trucker trying to support his family has to pay for the corporate greed. Diesel prices go up, LABOR prices go up, rates go down. What a sad day when a company can't get even remotely close to their quote. That is a day's worth of fuel for me. I am sure they do not care and probably do not read these reviews but I had to get it off my chest.

Basic manners and professional work ethic will not be found here. Wait times to even get into a bay are outrageous, they do halfass work and charge ridiculous prices
