Very disappointing experience. I was told the wait would be about one hour because the mechanic was doing an oil change on a truck. Even after two hours, the oil change still wasn’t finished. When I asked how much longer it would take, the mechanic was rude and didn’t give a clear answer. Honestly, I would not trust a mechanic to work on my truck if it takes over two hours just to complete an oil change. Poor communication, bad attitude, and complete disregard for customers’ time. I do not recommend this shop.
The young lady on 1st shift at the count is incredible . She went out of her way to call 15 places to find a air bag i needed . Unfortunately i had to wait till the next day to get it but she is a very valuable asset to the company . I didn't get a chance to get my truck repaired yet so i can't review the service . Customer service 100%
1.45 for an oil change… never again

Very bad experience with their services. Be careful they charge too much for the parts and labor. Estimate not even close what they gave me. Change only one break chamber and Charge me $657 just for that :(
