Very poor communication between service desk and mechanics. Waste alot of time by not passing info on. Took 2.5 hrs just to get an estimate after I was pulled into the bay then sat for over 2 hrs untouched. Markup of parts is es 2 hours. Wanted 7.5 hrs labor on a 2 hour job. I can see a little extra but not 500% markup. Very slow mechanics. Took him 2 hours to change 2 car size tires on a rv all the while my truck sat there not being worked on. Our semi had an issue and they got it in immediately and instead of racking up a huge bill on stuff we didn’t need they were honest and did only what was necessary! This place has integrity and we couldn’t ask for a better business to support. Thank you!!!!

Recommendedok where yo go at 1 in the morning to have a small repair done to the trailer so the shipper will load you? Brent was on call and had me back on the road quick. He was pleasant and very good.

RecommendedAfter calling literally 50 people in the entire area and NO ONE would help us we were given the number to Boss Shop. We were stranded in SD from Oklahoma in our motorhome and they came immediately and had us back to working in 10 minutes after 2 days of complete disaster. Loren was our tech and he was AMAZING!
