Was a regular customer (*ahem* nosy kid) back a while ago, when I was crazy about RC. All I ever did was bother store-owner Johnny about the latest items, to let me use his slotcar track, and for another peek into the box of that RC plane I was never going to buy, but he was very cool with it. I'm no longer interested in such hobbies or living in that area but if I ever had a kid, I'd have him learn from Johnny. This time, with proper manners and etiquette
Smartest, best hobby store in the Bay Area for any kind of RC gear. Tiny, jam packed store. Honest appraisals of hardware if you ask. He's helped me with parts many times.
The owner was very rude and ignorant. He would not answer simple questions and acted very condescending. When I insisted and he finally did answer one of my questions, he said some things that I new were wrong. So I guess he didn't want to talk because he doesn't know. He hides his ignorance with really bad attitude. I left and won't buy anything from him.
