Absolutely terrible experience! Had work done around our pool and cabana. 1 year later-the color was flaking. They came out and redid it. 2nd year-same thing. Was redone 3 times. Owner was called and he came out and redid the entire project. Now it looks worse than ever. Started contacting him or his office WEEKLY since last September. I was told he would be contacted and be in touch, etc. Finally 2 workers came out and agreed that it looked bad and they would contact their boss. Still no response.
