Horrible !!! Taking advantage of the elderly !!!! Charging my Elderly Mother a recurring charges when her dog hasn’t been groomed In months!!. Her dog weighs 3lbs and recurring charges for $152 per month . My grandmother is has been in my care for months and I know the dog HASN’T been groomed . We used Boss The Pet Connection for about 2 years with varied success. However, if there was ever a problem the Manager Jennifer was quick to fix it. We enrolled in their monthly plan and they groomed our dog most Fridays. My dog passed away very unexpectantly the first week in November 2019. He became ill on Thursday and was gone on Saturday morning. The Vet could not help. Last week on Thursday May 21st before noon I left my two dogs in Sample Road Location, they call me my dogs were ready about 6 p.m. more than 6 hours!!! and What a terrible surprise!!!! both were completely shaved without my permission. My two dogs were shaking and crying. If you love your pet, I don't recommend you to go there. On top of that they charged me $120. Unbelievable!!
