We’re all riding enthusiasts here. We have trails that go directly out of our back door and the lake is right across the street. If you want to go for a test ride, we’re always looking for an excuse to go out and ride. Click on the “contact us” button below and fill out our contact form. The people who work at Boss Power are not very nice. I have stopped going there.
poor customer service, made an appointment to purchase sled and they message you 15 mins before to tell you then sold the machine after we drove 90mins for scheduled appointment.
I have been a loyal customer of Boss since 2007. I cannot begin to count the number of sleds and other big ticket items I have purchased from Boss. Most recently, I purchased my 2024 Ski Doo XRS 800 snow check and traded a 2014 Ski Doo Renegade 600X. I typically deal with Jake, he is excellent. He knows the meaning of customer service. I also have my sleds serviced and repaired at Boss and the guys are top shelf. I find Boss to be a one stop shop and no need to go anywhere else. Always a great experience with Boss. On two separate occasions when my snowmobile had an issue on the trail, I brought it by them and they are always quick to give a hand. Brad, Bo, and the rest of the team at Boss know what they're doing and are very friendly and reasonable. Highly recommend these guys
