This business is happy to sell you equipment but pray you don’t need service. They had a sled for almost a year, every conversation with the service team changed as to why it still wasn’t fixed. Attempted to speak with the “manager” who has zero customer service skills and refused to answer my questions. We picked the sled up still in pieces to take it elsewhere. I even tried to speak with the owners with no call back! Will never do business here again!
I want to share my experience so others can make an informed decision before trusting Boss with their snowmobiles. Two of my sleds were kept in their service department for over a year. During that time, I was repeatedly given explanations for delays — a torn track, waiting on a primary clutch repair, and gearbox work — all of which ultimately proved to be inaccurate. Once again Boss goes above and beyond for us on a weekend getaway that was cut short due to our snowmobile having a major problem. Jake, Bo, Lisa and the nice man who picked us up in Eustis ME. We will only buy from Boss and will be doing that very soon. I tell Brian we only buy from Boss or we don't buy at all. Thank you again ! We love you all!
