Ali is so knowledgeable and thorough he has helped me have a lot of improvement after my surgery from using so many techniques such as stretching, cupping and acupuncture. Alan is very strong and knowledgeable as a massage therapist and always asks what area needs attention. Both secretaries/ assistants are very kind, patient and helpful ladies. The entire team is amazing. The office is super clean/ fresh and nice looking. I’m so glad I found boss physio.
I've been to a few physiotherapists over the years, and Ali is by far the most knowledgeable in both practical and applied knowledge. After my car accident, Ali tailored my PT in a way that not only addressed my immediate issues, but also prepared me for my long term goals. I was able to get back on my feet, and back to the gym ready to go. I still go to Ali whenever I have an issue, and still use the stretches and exercises he taught me to this day.
have to change review to 1 star. the service was great but I had to miss two appointments one due to a family member passing one to having an unexpected stomach flu and they couldn't waive the cancellation fee the second time. policy is one thing but some common courtesy for bad luck would go along way. won't return to pay the fee and sad about that because I loved ali
I had a great experience at Boss Physio. I came in for issues with my hip and overall mobility, and Ali took the time to do a thorough assessment and really listen to my concerns. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and gave me exercises that were practical and easy to follow. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my mobility and, just as importantly, I now have a much better understanding of how to maintain it going forward.
