Very personable and knowledgeable orthopedic surgeon. Support staff extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Del Gaiso turned a routine follow-up visit on L knee replacement (he did that surgery, doing great) into a new investigation into a chronic bone and joint infection on a joint replaced in Columbia, SC. Thankfully, he was willing to assess a joint that was not the reason for the visit. Very astute clinician—smart, diligent, warm and compassionate!

Dr.Dean is always very thorough and gives you all the options and treatments available for your injury. Staff in the office are always pleasant and efficient.
