What I wanted vs what I got . I kept telling the lady my shape is not right and looks nothing like the picture . Can you get some one else to shape my nails . She kept trying && this was her results she charge me $70 for this . I’m completely blowed .
Tyler & Tina were amazing . Tyler Took care of my nails & Tina did my feet and brows. Great customer service. I was nervous because the old owner was the only person doing my nails for 4+ years. Again they did an amazing job
So disappointed went yesterday with 4 women we waited along time which wasn't a big deal but very upset when they stole money from us and acted like they didn't understand English when they were confronted when we tried to explain she acted like she didn't understand English. We waited a long to time and she paid more attention to her small child there babysitting her instead of the clients. We were overcharged 42 dollars for 4 people to us who live week by our paychecks so it had been four months to save up to go back very ... read more
The time was 745pm. The signs displayed open. The hours for close is 8pm. I wanted to purchase a gift card for a birthday gift. The door was locked. Lady came out of bathroom and wouldn't open door, and said they were closed....I tried to explain through the glass but she wouldn't open the door and she did not want to know why Iwas standing there. If the customer service is as such, I can only expect the actual service to be likewise...lacking and not worth the time and money. Zero 🌟 . 2 thumbs down.
Worse experience ever!! Took my daughter with me to get her nails and feet done. The lady doing her nails snuck and gave her gel nail polish and after I told her off about it, she said she would take it off. As you can see she was pretty mad because she cut my baby fingers up and even left a gash in her finger! She also did acrylic nail on both my baby big toes and this is the end result.
