Booked Boss Limos as the transportation to and from our wedding. We had one limo do a single trip to bring the grooms party to the wedding and a second limo do a round trip to/from the wedding for the bride and groom. Communication and customer service was great for booking and from the drivers. The drivers were early and reached out via text/phone call to arrange pick up. Both were very patient and polite. I'd happily book with Boss Limos again in the future.

Worse service ever!! I tried to contact two days before our trip to confirm pick up but they never responded,thought we might need a cab.On pick up was told they would be watching our flight for if it changed,didn't happen we sat with five cranky kids and three furious adults for an hour and a half while our driver was at Tim Horten he never even went to the limo place.We tried calling the number but again no response.Would NEVER reccomend to anyone.

We hire Boss Limousine to drive a cheer team around for an hour so they could have some bonding time and FUN! Communication from beginning to end was clear and prompt. The driver, Vishal, was professional and awesome. The kids had an incredible time. I’d highly recommend!

More expensive than some of the others but A1 customer service, no hidden fees and the team was super responsive. We had 3 stops in different cities and a tight schedule and we have absolutely no issues at all getting to where we needed. The driver was on time and helped us set up our music. From booking to scheduling to execution, they were great all the way through, which I found the cost worth it. Would recommend.
