Horrible company
I found this program to be very demoralizing to members of staffs all across the dealership. The trainers have likely never written service or sold vehicles. After our first meeting call with all members of management and co-workers in the department I was forced to take my anti anxiety meds due to the amount of stress this caused me. I have now considered leaving the organization I've been working for due to this companies training ethics. I'd would leave 0 stars however there is no option to do so! If you want to improve your sales staff, this isn't it. The people who call are just reading generic feedback off a list having never done the job themselves. I have zero confidence that this will improve my skillset, a skillset that truly matters to me. I care about my craft, my sales, and my skills. Before working in auto-sales, I worked in academia. Training should be structured, goal oriented, with a start and end date for skills courses. Students respond best when they can see progress as well as see a place to finish. ... read more
