Owner did not make promised delivery of dirt to a family member who gave a deposit of over $2,800, he made excuses, was slow to return calls and eventually stopped answering his phone at all. Family had to drive to his home to ask for a refund of the deposit! He actually said that the refund check was “in the mail,” and refused to cut “another” one. These are guys are not professionals. Was told not to grade down but pad up with loads of shell. Next thing you know there is a three foot hole the size of a football field. They just like to play with the dozer and try to gain hours, just to over charge their customers for a house pad that isn’t to grade. Save yourself a headache.

We hired this company by default to do dirt work for our house. He told us the ground was too soft where we initially wanted to put the trailer so we moved location, then the equipment hit old lateral lines from an old house’s plumbing. So we had to move the location again. At this point he tried to tell me I would need a new perk test; which I did not. He wasn’t even aware of the location of the original perk test.
