Super happy with my appointment with Mackenize today! I was nervous to have my layers fixed after a not-so-awesome haircut I had done elsewhere a few months ago. She listened to me and gave me exactly what I was looking for, and also knew how to handle thick and curly hair. I couldn't believe how she cut, washed, dried and styled my hair in just over an hour. That's basically unheard of with my hair. I will absolutely be coming back!
My boyfriend prepaid MYRNA HASTINGS $200 to surprise me by having her do my hair. She cancelled on me the first Appt then showed up late. She then bleached my roots and went to tone my hair. After it washed out to my horror - my hair was as yellow as Hey Arnold . We rebooked to get it fixed on Monday (a whole week later), she blows me off and says Tuesday. The she lies about being hospitalized and cancels on me again and tries to tell me she can do it on Wednesday. After I told her I'm frustrated with this she blew up on me.... read more
