Renee was just amazing! She listened to me, understood what I wanted and delivered it. She was very kind and gentle throughout the whole process. She also explained what she was going to do in each step so I wasn’t left wondering what was happening. We also hand a very lovely chat, which made me feel quite comfortable at the saloon which was all new to me. I will definitely go to Boss again, but pity that she won’t be there

This salon is overrun by apprentices and limited staff who are actually qualified, most of whom seem disengaged and unhappy (Lily is the one lovely exception). The bigger issue, however, is the combative and dismissive attitude of the owner, which became very clear after my most recent appointment. Renee left bleach on my roots too long, turning them stark white and leaving a harsh line against my ends. I heard her, clearly flustered, ask the owner how to fix it.
