if i could give a lower review i would, shocking customer service cancelled my membership under the correct terms and conditions and they charged me a ridiculous amount and threatened me with bailiffs if i didn’t pay, they wouldn’t give me a number at the front desk for me to contact the relevant person and wouldn’t respond to any emails, they just kept telling me to ring back later. Save your money and go to a better cheaper gym round the corner.
dont get me wrong old bossgym used to be a great gym but the new owners ruined the gym, they upped the prices and hired rude staff I have been coming for 2 years and now theres only been issues, it is quite disappointing now I have to switch gyms, I wouldn't recommend coming here not a good atmosphere anymore.
