I scheduled a facial after a consultation where the aesthetician and I discussed my skin goals and products I'm using beforehand. I need to update my review of 17 Dec. I received a call from Morgan at Boss Gal Beauty Bar this morning. She was very gracious and wanted to talk to me about our disagreement yesterday. She apologized and agreed to remove the $25 cancellation fee. I apologized for being so insistent and thanked her for understanding. My aunt will get her Christmas facial after all! Thanks, Morgan!
Last week, I went to Boss Gal to buy a Christmas gift card for a friend. I had never been to this spa before but while there, I booked facial appointments as a Christmas gift for my 85 year old aunt and myself for 2:40 pm today (Dec 17). It snowed all day yesterday. RecommendedI recommend the services that boss gal beauty bar offers and Catarina is a goddess. However, I would absolutely never buy anybody a gift card due to my credit card being charged without my gift card being taken off. When Madison tried to solve this with IT they could not find my gift card in the system despite me having an email from their provider with the gift card attached. Went in to get my first facial peel with dermaplaning. I had been discussing this with some of the women I work with and decided to give it a try.
