We had Boss Flooring install carpet and LVT. Carpet is fine but we're having issues with the plank flooring buckling and separating. The company is now refusing to call back let alone fix the problems. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Warren Wilmot is a crook and a fraud. Do not let this guy in your house. He'll rip you off!

Besides tile installation I had floor heating installed in 2 bathrooms. My main complaint is the job should have only taken 3 days instead of 5 and Conner and Carter were very late the first day and not on time the other days only to offer one excuse after another. Kept forgetting tools and materials. They work for 4 hours or less each day. My time was spent waiting for them to show up. Great company, great prices! All of the staff were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Finished the job within the time frame they promised. Cleaned up any messes and even made sure our dog was safe inside whenever we left the house while they were here. Very happy with BOSS Flooring Solutions. Our floors look amazing!
