BOSS is thee place for fitness. The collective work that happens in a session is a testament to all that James G has curated over the years.
I started going to James in January of this year to get fit for my wedding. He helped me get my nutrition on track and whipped me into shape. I lost 15lbs and gained more muscle than I’ve ever had in my life. Every work out is different and James always brings the energy to keep you motivated. I’m so lucky to have found such an amazing trainer at an affordable price. I will continue to work out with him as long as he keeps training.
